Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy

The Journal of Sports Science Academy (JOSSA) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of its published scholarly content.

All articles published in JOSSA are digitally archived and preserved through CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN).

These digital preservation systems support the long-term availability of the journal's scholarly content and help ensure continued access to published articles in the event of technical failure, data loss, or discontinuation of the journal's primary publishing platform.

In addition, all published issues and articles remain accessible through the journal's official online archive.

JOSSA is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections, retractions, Expressions of Concern, and other post-publication updates are preserved and linked to the relevant published articles where applicable.

Authors may also archive and share their published articles in institutional, disciplinary, subject-based, or other scholarly repositories in accordance with JOSSA's Open Access Policy and Copyright and Licensing Policy. JOSSA does not impose an embargo on the self-archiving of published articles.

Through these preservation and archiving practices, JOSSA aims to ensure the continued availability, discoverability, and integrity of its scholarly publications over the long term.
