The Article Template Has Been Updated

Dear Authors,

The Journal of Sports Science Academy (JOSSA) has updated its article template in order to ensure a more systematic, clear, and standardized publication process.

The updated template introduces comprehensive revisions to the organization and visual presentation of manuscripts. In particular, the Abstract section is now structured under the headings Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The structure of the Methods section has also been standardized with more clearly defined subsections, including Participants, Research Design, Measurements, and Statistical Analysis.

In addition, statements related to publication ethics and transparency—including Author Contributions, Funding, Ethical Approval, Informed Consent, Conflict of Interest, Data Availability, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Disclosure—are presented in a more systematic and integrated manner under the “Declarations” section.

The updated article template will come into effect on January 1, 2027. All new manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Sports Science Academy on or after this date must be prepared in accordance with the updated template.

Authors are kindly requested to review the updated template carefully before submission and ensure that their manuscripts comply with the specified section structure and formatting requirements.
